Only registrations paid for by credit card can be confirmed by this form and page.

Payment Terms and Conditions:

Payment online by credit card via our secure payment gateway
Minimum Credit Card charge is $10-00.
Maximum Credit Card charge is $1,500-00
All prices include GST and prices

Confirmation of Registration

Receipt of your web registration and payment will be acknowledged at the time of registering, and will include a registration number. Please use that number in any correspondence with us.
Confirmation of other mail-in registrations will not be provided until payment has been received in full by the organizing committee.
Payment in full of the registration amount is required prior to the start of the Convention.
You acknowledge that entry to the Convention may be refused if registration payments remain outstanding at the start of the convention.
Meals need to be ordered no later than 10th January 2021 to enable the caterers sufficient time to prepare for the convention

Cancellation of Registration

• Cancellations prior to Friday 10th January 2021 will be refunded in full, less the administration fee referred to below.
• Cancellations between Friday 10th and the 16th January 2021 will be 50% refunded,
• Cancellations on or after the 16th January 2021 will not be refunded.
• Administration charge:  Where appropriate, an administration fee of $10.00 will be charged to cover the visa merchant fee and/or other banking fees.
• The Committee reserves the discretion to vary the refund terms, depending upon the circumstances of the cancellation. No refunds will be made for “no-shows” at the Convention
Any credit/refund will only extend to the value of the registration fees less any applicable cancellation charges.

Other Terms and Conditions

The Convention is being run under the delegated authority of the New Zealand General Service Board of Alcoholics Anonymous Inc (NZGSB).
NZGSB abides by the Fair Trading Act and the Consumer Guarantees Act.
If a major event occurs that prevents the convention from being held, the committee will need to meet all expenses and costs incurred from registration payments prior to making any refunds to registered participants. You acknowledge the committee may be unable to provide a full refund in the event of the convention not being held or cancelled.
To avoid any confusion, please ensure that all correspondence with the Host Planning Committee includes your name, registration date and Registration #.
