HERE ARE OUR TRADING TERMS WHEN BUYING AA LITERATURE FROM NZ AA
- Orders: Courier overnight will deliver your goods to the delivery address provided.
- Orders: Credit card payments will incur a small credit card processing fee.
- Orders: Dispatch of orders is usually within 48 hours of receiving payment.
- Orders: Literature orders are only accepted from within New Zealand.
- Orders: Maximum Credit Card order is $1,000.00.
- Orders: Minimum Credit Card order is $5.00.
- Orders: No Guarantee all items are in stock. We will advise you if this occurs.
- Orders: Payment for all orders for the invoiced amount must be made before it is sent.
- Orders: Payment may be by Direct credit, Internet Banking, Credit Card, Cheque or Cash.
- Orders: Payment must be in New Zealand Dollars.
- Orders: Prices include GST and may be subject to change without notice.
- Orders; All Orders must include your Name, Order Number and Order Date.
- Orders; Shipping and Handling fee is payable on all orders.

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR GOODS ARE DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY
- Please check your order for any damage immediately you receive it.
- If any items are damaged, please make a claim directly to the courier company that delivered your order.
HOW YOU CAN RETURN GOODS TO US
- Returns; All requests for return of items will be considered on a case by case basis.
- Returns; Any requests for returns must be made within 10 days of dispatch of your order and include your Invoice Number.
- Returns; No credits/refunds will be processed unless the item has been received by us in an unused and mint condition.
- Returns; Any credit/refund will only extend to the value of the item(s) returned.
